Jaaaa, it was okay. Just a bit too hyped via instagram and tik tok. In the city you can find better ceviche but it’s nice to go here as also the submarine museum is close. The food is good and the service is super friendly and smiling. If you come in November or December you need to make a reservation. We came in mid October and there was enough space. We ordered the ceviche Cabos spicy, but it was not really spicy. Ceviche must burn your eyes out of your head We also ordered the fish and shrimp soup. It was good but not super special.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Cabos. Incredible food. Excellent service. Great location on the water. Top notch pisco sour. Pictured are the catedral pisco sours. Quite boozy. Shaken, not blended. Perfect amount of lime. The causa was delicious. The salsa was the perfect blend of flavor and heat. Both mains were fantastic. Service was tops. Staff was informative, funny, kind, not intrusive. Highly recommend. We will be returning anytime we are in Callao. Bonus diesel submarine photo at the end!
One of the best restaurants in Callao (esp. in La Punta.) Located right next to the marina club, the restaurant has decent view and offers outside tables where you could see the boats/yachts and a retired submarine. Nice atmosphere with cabin interior and boat plans. Waiters are very attentive and most of them speak basic English. This restaurant offers various seafood and most of them are pretty good. Highly recommend if you spend the morning in La Punta / Callao and looking for decent seafood. The price tag is relatively high but I believe it's worth it.
Very good food - more expensive than most Peruvian restaurants in Lima, but it is on the water and service is fantastic. If you're visiting the touristic sites nearby, stop by.
